Artichoke Hot Dip

Recipe from cousin Lisa Brozovich
  • 1 can
    Artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1 c.
    Mayo
  • 1 c.
    Grated Parmesan
  • Salt, pepper, Tabasco

Chop artichokes - leave chunky. Add & stir mayo, Parmesan, salt, pepper, dash of Tabasco.

Put in greased small baking dish. Bake at 325-350° for 20 mins.

Serve with Tostitos or carrots/celery or biscuits.
