Spinach Artichoke Casserole

I used to make this every Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • 2 10 oz. pkgs.
    Frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 14 oz. jar
    Marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/2 tsp.
    Salt
  • 1 8 oz. pkg
    Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 T.
    Butter, softened
  • 4 T.
    Milk
  • 1 tsp.
    Lemon juice
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 c.
    Grated Parmesan cheese

Squeeze spinach until dry. Mix artichoke hearts, spinach, salt, cream cheese, butter, milk and lemon juice. Pour into 9 x 13 in. greased backing dish. Sprinkle with pepper to taste and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-40 mins.
