Whole Wheat Pancakes

Can double this recipe
  • 1 c.
    Whole wheat flour
  • 1 T.
    Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp.
    Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp.
    Salt
  • 1/4 tsp.
    Baking soda
  • 1 c.
    Milk
  • 1/8 c.
    Veg. oil
  • 1
    Egg

In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Stir to blend. Add milk, oil & egg. Stir lightly until lumps disappear. I add walnuts.

Pour about 1/4 c. batter at a time onto a hot, oiled (lightly) griddle.
