Whole Wheat Pancakes

Can double this recipe
- 1 c.Whole wheat flour
- 1 T.Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp.Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp.Salt
- 1/4 tsp.Baking soda
- 1 c.Milk
- 1/8 c.Veg. oil
- 1Egg
In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Stir to blend. Add milk, oil & egg. Stir lightly until lumps disappear. I add walnuts.
Pour about 1/4 c. batter at a time onto a hot, oiled (lightly) griddle.
